Humanitarian Hackathon in Brussels, Belgium has been started
As we mentioned recently, FOODCOIN Team is participating of Humanitarian Hackathon, which takes place in Brussels, Belgium. This event organized by World Food Programme is dedicated to critical issues in food, farming and sustainability. The teams from different countries present their projects to the following challenges:

The atmoshpere of teh event is full of enthusiasm. The participants are supporting cutting-edge technologies that help to resolve modern day issues, including blockchain.
There took place perfomances of Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander De Croo, the representative of European Commission Leonor Nieto, the head of World Food Programme digitalization Pierre Guillaume Wielezynski, and others. There was put up a bunch of challenges and the hackathon was created to find technological ways to improve the situation and solve world food problems.
We hope that the solutions proposed in this event will find use in World Food Programme activity and bring benefit not only to the participants, but the whole world.
